We can now provide single store Fresh Store Builder licences as part of a domain/site package with Wait.co.uk, saving you the hassle of purchasing a licence directly with FSB and for a cheaper cost.

The Not So Small Print

You'll first need to purchase either a one site or multiple site licence for Fresh Store Builder if you'd prefer not to order a licence from us. We'll only be able to supply our package to licensed FSB customers only.

What we don't do: We don't currently sell the script itself (just a single licence if required), please purchase this directly before ordering from Wait. We cannot make modifications/customisation's to your script files or make customised 'hacks', only the templating/design (and of course, content) is included as outlined.

We cannot guarantee our templates will work with future releases of FSB and the price for our package does not include future template upgrading to work with new FSB releases (we will however upgrade your template for a small fee if this is required, please contact us for details). We can't give support on any technical aspect of FSB and you'll need to contact their customer support team for help directly.

We also can’t install, populate your store or alter store settings on your behalf. You’ll need to do this from your ‘Fresh Admin’ area; it’s really simple and painless.

After ordering please follow the details requested in our e-mail carefully. We’ll need your store URL, FTP access to your hosting and an Admin Login to your site’s FSB administration area, alongside details of content/design requirements. We need these details to work on your site, upload the template design and content and ensure it’s fully working before we complete your order. You can rest assured that we will not share these confidential details with anyone else and will work on your site securely and safely.

You may not resell our customised templates or rebrand them to sell to others.

How Fast Do We Deliver?

Turnaround Times: Content and templates are completed strictly on a first come, first served basis. We’ll try and complete your order(s) as quickly as possible, but we won’t rush this if it means compromising on template or content quality.

Generally, we’ll get each single order completed within 5 normal working days, sooner if possible.

Please note: Weekends and bank holiday periods will delay your order and if we’re experiencing a very high demand it could take up to 7 working days or more; in these cases we’ll advise you.
